I am Alexis Castellanos, a photographer based in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, who specializes in boudoir photography and artistic nude photography. I also prefer my coffee black, without sugar.

  I am self-taught, school was not an option for me, just too much free time and too much experimentation.

  Ever since I was a kid, I've always found cameras to be fun. Every time I got my hands on one, whether it was a disposable camera or a camcorder, I would lose myself, and begin to see life through its viewfinder.

  I always wanted to be a filmmaker. After a few months of saving, I finally bought a digital camera.

  Many months passed without filming. I decided that I could at least take photos if I wasn't going to film anything. I started inviting people to a quick free photo shoot.

  A few sessions later, I felt a sense of motivation and inspiration every time I showed the back of the camera and saw the model's face light up. (see customer testimonials here)

That's when I knew this was for me.
